About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Business Operations Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for supporting business operations at the highest level.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company, handling all correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include creating and distributing ad-hoc and template communications to both customers and staff, maintaining databases and filing systems, and implementing administrative procedures to ensure seamless alignment with company policies and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
