About the Role
  • Liaise with clients in person and via telephone, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Manage filing, photocopying, and document preparation tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver high-quality audio typing services via Digital Dictation, supporting fee earners and the team's productivity.
  • Prepare electronic and hard copy bundles for court cases, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and coordinate diaries and appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and organization.
  • Assist fee earners within the team, providing administrative support and contributing to the team's success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. The estimated salary for this position is £28,500 per annum.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
