Rural Property Consultancy Director

We are seeking a senior MRICS qualified professional to lead our rural estate management team in Northamptonshire, playing a key role in driving the team's success and delivering exceptional services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have significant rural estate management experience, a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of traditional estate management services, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
