About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Rural Agency Administrator to join their team in a professional services environment. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of work in land development and farm business advice.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative/secretarial position, an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills, experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard, and audio typing experience desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring emails and managing communications
- Drafting letters/emails to clients including terms of business and invoice covering notes
- Audio typing
- Preparing marketing material and use of in-house agency software
