Agriculture and Rural Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team in Northampton. This role may also be suitable for a paralegal who can provide audio typing services.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients through face-to-face meetings and phone calls
- Manage client files, including filing, photocopying, and opening/closing
- Provide audio typing services via digital dictation
- Prepare electronic and physical bundles
- Maintain and coordinate diaries and appointments
- Support fee earners within the team
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- This opportunity offers career progression for the right candidate
- Free parking is available
- The annual leave entitlement is 23 days, plus one additional day per year for birthday (after probation)
- Life Insurance is provided, covering 2x annual salary (after probation)
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
