We are seeking a seasoned MRICS qualified professional to lead our rural estate management team in Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled surveyor to take on a leadership role within a well-established and respected organisation, driving the team's success and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional rural estate management services to our diverse portfolio of clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the rural estate management team
  • Oversee the delivery of traditional estate management services
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential

The ideal candidate will have significant rural estate management experience, a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
