Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator Role Overview:

The main purpose of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion. This position also involves optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Your Skills and Experience:
To be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
  • An experienced sales person is preferred.
  • You must be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience are essential.
  • Being resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented is crucial for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems) is necessary.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for travel purposes.
