The successful candidate will be responsible for listing properties and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Listing and gaining new instructions for properties.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator.
- Outstanding customer care/service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a Full UK driving license.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive OTE of £40,000-£45,000 with Uncapped Commission, Clear Career Progression, Industry-Leading Training and Development, Opportunities to Compete for Top Achievers Awards, Pay per Listing, Company Car or Car Allowance.
