The successful candidate will be responsible for listing properties and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing and gaining new instructions for properties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator.
  • Outstanding customer care/service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive OTE of £40,000-£45,000 with Uncapped Commission, Clear Career Progression, Industry-Leading Training and Development, Opportunities to Compete for Top Achievers Awards, Pay per Listing, Company Car or Car Allowance.
