Sales and Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Service Team Lead to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results. You will be expected to work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales, reduce costs, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service;
- Developing and implementing plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the shopping experience for our customers;
- Working closely with the Store Manager to drive business results and achieve sales growth;
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers;
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 10% off most partner brands and up to 15% off Branded Beauty products.
