About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to join our team in Northampton. As a Team Leader at Greggs, you will be responsible for leading a team of store colleagues, managing daily store operations, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and customer engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, with a strong ability to motivate and develop a team. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of store colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management and stock control
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to improve colleague skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Salaries and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 per hour, a quarterly bonus scheme, and ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
