Job Title: Office Support Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to work within our friendly and supportive team at The Recruitment Group. Our client, who specialises in providing property related services under one roof, is looking for an exceptional administrator to support their rural teams in delivering their work in land development and farm business advice.

This role involves assisting in the smooth running of the office, offering an excellent level of service to clients. A high level of engagement with delivery is expected to include checking figures, proof reading documents and identifying improvements to work processes.

The successful candidate must have experience in an office role in a professional services environment. Duties will also include monitoring emails and managing communications, drafting letters/emails to clients, audio typing and preparing marketing material using in-house agency software.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard
- Audio Typing experience desirable but not essential
