This position involves ensuring compliance with mortgage lender requirements, notifying clients and lenders, and file closures. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless administration of post completion procedures.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, good IT literacy, and a high level of attention to detail. A proficiency in literacy and numeracy is also essential for this role. Working hours can be tailored to suit your needs, with options for full or part-time (minimum 25 hours per week) availability.

We estimate that the salary range for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
