Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Northampton. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action the recruitment process using job boards and liaise with agencies.
  • Assist with onboarding, inductions, payroll, and changes within the business.
  • Conduct investigations and data for disciplinary hearings.
  • Prepare employee data, starters, leavers, and contractual changes for payroll.
  • Be the main point of contact for HR-related queries including benefits and holiday bookings.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a HR administrative position.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes.
