Job Title: HR Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment history, training records, and performance evaluations.
  • Support employees with queries and concerns, providing guidance on policies and procedures as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and other HR software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary Information:

£25 per hour
