Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Handle casework, including investigations and performance management.
  • Support performance management processes and maintain knowledge of current HR trends.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development.
About You:
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including ER experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR position, preferably with at least 2 years' experience.
Your Package:
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum, flexible depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and 8 Bank Holidays.
