We are currently seeking a skilled HR Adviser to join our team in Northampton. As an HR Adviser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Position:
  • This role will involve providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, handling casework, including investigations and performance management.
  • You will be responsible for supporting performance management processes, maintaining knowledge of current HR trends, conducting research on HR best practices, and assisting with policy development.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on HR principles and practices, including employment regulations.
  • Support the HR department in various functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in HR principles and practices, with a proven track record of experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience in HR, preferably with at least 2 years' experience, is essential.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, flexible depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave and 8 Bank Holidays, plus a generous company pension scheme and free on-site parking.
