Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Shared Service team as an HR Compliance and Services Manager. This is a challenging role that requires designing and developing an HR compliance framework to manage risk from a business perspective.

About the Role

  • Lead a high-performing team, motivating and inspiring them through proactive performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure delivery of high-performance standards and identify team efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Design and manage an HR compliance framework to mitigate risk with regular monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage changes in legislation to ensure policies and processes are compliant and enable reporting to relevant stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A visionary leader in an HR or payroll environment with experience of people management through coaching and empathetic leadership.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills with evidence of managing audits across various processes and writing operating procedures for efficiency.
  • A proven track record in managing risk while balancing operational processes.
