Administrative HR Officer

CV-Library is currently seeking a skilled Administrative HR Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and previous experience working in Human Resources. A CIPD qualification and knowledge of integrated HR and Payroll systems are also desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process by responding to applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Manage employee absence and ensure all necessary records are kept up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support for training and development activities, including booking courses and capturing costs.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
