Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and purchase ledger processing
  • Managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods received notes
  • Supporting monthly journal entries, recharges, and payroll journals
  • Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
  • Processing monthly grant remittances
  • Issuing offer letters to new hires and contract changes
  • Preparing end-of-year pension certificates
  • Maintaining fixed assets and utility registers
  • Assisting with inventory audits
  • Providing administrative and HR support

Estimated Salary: £22,130 - £28,770 per annum.
