Accounting and Administration Specialist

As a highly organized and detail-focused individual, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales and purchase ledger processing
- Managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods received notes
- Supporting monthly journal entries, recharges, and payroll journals
- Conducting monthly bank reconciliations
- Processing monthly grant remittances
- Issuing offer letters to new hires and contract changes
- Preparing end-of-year pension certificates
- Maintaining fixed assets and utility registers
- Assisting with inventory audits
- Providing administrative and HR support
Estimated Salary: £22,130 - £28,770 per annum.
