Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to support our Legal Team with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to fee earners and teams within the firm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and high computer literacy. Previous experience as a legal secretary is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Providing administrative support to fee earners and teams">
  • Drafting and completing letters, emails, and legal documents">
  • Transcribing and proofreading correspondence">
  • Document creation, including copy typing and manuscript amendments">
  • Accurate typing from dictation">
  • Answering the telephone professionally and taking messages">
  • Making appointments and servicing meetings">
  • Dealing with administrative tasks, including scanning and photocopying">
  • Preparing engrossments of legal documents for signing">
  • Involvement in the efficient management of client/matter files">
  • SUPPORTING FEE EARNERS WITH ACCOUNTING AND BILLING PROCESSES">
  • Managing queries and dealing with clients">
