About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Administration Support Specialist to join our Residential Property team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our fee earners and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth completion of residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will work closely with our fee earners to administer all post-completion procedures, including Land Registry applications, Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns submission, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lender requirements.
  2. Notifying clients and/or lenders of completion of registration and sending relevant documents is also an essential part of this role.
  3. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, filing, storage, and retrieval of client papers and files in accordance with firm policies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar administration role within a legal office is necessary, with a strong understanding of the post-completion process.
  • Proficient literacy and numeracy skills are essential, as well as good IT literacy to include the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
