Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will handle inquiries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents. You will provide clients with updates and track the progress of matters, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance with AML, quality standards, and SRA/CQS regulations will be crucial in maintaining our firm's high standards.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 1 year's experience in the legal sector, preferably in conveyancing. Your solid understanding of the conveyancing process and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role. In addition, your excellent administrative and organisational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. An estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
