Administrative Support Specialist

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join its Client Support Team in Northampton. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling booking changes, processing extensions, and chasing timesheet approvals. They will also be accountable for timesheet adjustments, end date management, and PO burn rate management.
This is an on-site position with a 4-week rotating shift pattern. The shifts are:
- Early - 0600-1430
- Normal - 0900-1730
- Evening - 1130-2000
The ideal candidate will have previous office experience in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in managing large volumes of data and navigating systems.
Prioritising workload effectively is essential in this role, as is having a proactive approach to questioning and escalating concerns when necessary.
