Accounts Administration Coordinator

Company Overview:

This is a part-time accounts administration role working closely with the owner of a small established family-run business supplying the global market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and managing customer payments
  • Bank Reconciliations and VAT returns
  • Work on Sage Line 50 and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Assist with preparation of trade shows and company events
  • Stock taking and inventory management
  • Analyzing company data for growth opportunities
  • Processing credit card and Petty Cash payments
  • Commissions and sales performance tracking
  • Managing web retail sales and e-commerce platform

The successful applicant will have excellent administrative skills, be proficient in Sage (Line 50) and Excel, and have a keen eye for detail. Some knowledge of International currency conversions would be advantageous but training will be provided.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Sage Line 50 and Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

The salary for this exciting opportunity is £34,000 per annum based on 25 hours per week (£17.00 per hour).
