About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our day-to-day tasks, manage customer enquiries, build connections with care homes, and provide essential support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Effectively manage Excel spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Care Home Liaison: Develop strong relationships with care homes and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Manager with online meetings, email management, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate in the recruitment of overseas healthcare professionals, leveraging your excellent organisational skills.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.Working Arrangements

    This role is full-time and based at our offices. You will be working closely with the management team and other colleagues to achieve our objectives.

    What We Offer

    As an Office Administrator at CV-Library, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
