Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Director/Manager, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administration/secretarial role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relevant filing systems and databases, as well as liaising with internal and external customers/contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the department and other teams.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Commercial Director/Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will be expected to perform general departmental administration tasks, monitor costs incurred by the department, and ensure effective and efficient processing of documents through Company systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director/Manager
  • Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases

Requirements
  • Experience working in an administration/secretarial role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Team player with a professional and pleasant manner
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs
