About the Role

This position involves coordinating with our commercial team on customer invoices, receipts, account reconciliations, and agreements. You will be responsible for issuing sales invoices and credit notes, managing credit control by following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining the Accounts Receivable mailbox.

Main Responsibilities
  • Issuing sales invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with the commercial team on customer invoices and receipts
  • Managing credit control to ensure timely payment from customers
  • Maintaining the Accounts Receivable mailbox to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is AAT qualified or has over three years of experience in a similar role. You must have strong Accounts Receivable experience and be comfortable working to tight deadlines. Proficiency in IT software and MS Office, particularly Excel, is also essential.
