Accounts Payable Coordinator

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience in handling day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments through the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage payment runs through Sage and the bank, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Handle ad hoc payment requests, responding promptly to stakeholder inquiries.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements, resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve supplier queries and discrepancies, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enter bank payments and interest charges into Sage, maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Purchase ledger experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
