**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to oversee and manage a small accounts payable team. This role combines leadership, process improvement, and hands-on accounts payable responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Resolve discrepancies, manage payment processes, and maintain compliance with policies.
  • Identify and implement improvements, including automation opportunities.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with finance systems (Sage experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
