Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced administrator to take on the role of Account Services Team Leader in Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  2. Attend client review meetings alongside the Strategic Account Manager.
  3. Lead the training of new team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  4. Support the team with vehicle delays, damages, and accident repairs, keeping clients informed of actions being taken.
  5. Run daily reports and manage booking confirmations and communications for vehicle movements.
  6. Oversee administrative processes, including PCN speeding fines, vehicle taxing, and V5 documentation.
  7. Provide effective leadership and ensure seamless communication within the team, both on-site and remotely.
  8. Take on additional administrative tasks as needed to cover absences or high workloads.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in administration is essential.
  2. A background in the automotive or logistics sector is desirable.
  3. Strong computer and data management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Ability to stay calm under pressure and adopt a logical, methodical approach.
  6. Attention to detail, professionalism, and self-motivation.
  7. A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
  8. Willingness to travel to other sites if required.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum.
