About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of the procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payments to suppliers.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing vendor invoices, performing monthly reconciliations of vendor ledgers, and driving process improvements to reduce payment periods. You will also be responsible for preparing materials for Annual Statutory Account audits and owning the development of statement software with an external software provider.

  • Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including purchasing and finance teams
