Performance Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Quality Specialist to join our team at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains. As a Performance Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in relevant Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Motorsport / Aeronautical Engineering or related degree on course for a 2:1 degree or higher.
A salary of £27,000pa is offered, along with a collective bonus, company lease car scheme, 36 days annual leave, access to private healthcare and generous pension scheme, onsite gym, and a variety of other benefits and staff discounts.
You will be responsible for leading root cause analysis using industry recognised analytical methods, to solve problems. Containment through to implementation of robust countermeasures so our F1 programmes stay on target and our Power Units remain protected from potential failure.
