Accounting and Payroll Coordinator

About the Role:
As an Accounting and Payroll Coordinator at CV-Library, you will be responsible for processing the payroll for approximately 100 employees on a monthly basis. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll position and excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Key Tasks:
- Monthly payroll processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Responding to payroll queries from business heads.
- Implementing and maintaining suitable processes for payroll operations.
- Producing and submitting pension data to pension scheme providers.
- Calculating bonuses and overtime.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and performing additional finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll position, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and offers opportunities for career growth and development.
