About the Role:

As an Accounting and Payroll Coordinator at CV-Library, you will be responsible for processing the payroll for approximately 100 employees on a monthly basis. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll position and excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Key Tasks:

  1. Monthly payroll processing and accurate record-keeping.
  2. Responding to payroll queries from business heads.
  3. Implementing and maintaining suitable processes for payroll operations.
  4. Producing and submitting pension data to pension scheme providers.
  5. Calculating bonuses and overtime.
  6. Maintaining up-to-date records and performing additional finance-related tasks.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll position, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and excellent organizational and communication skills are required.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and offers opportunities for career growth and development.
