Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our team at JGA Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client payrolls, with expertise in processing monthly and weekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Calculate and record statutory payments, including SAP, SSP, and SMP, in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll regulations and ensure our clients' payroll functions remain compliant.
  • Support the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes, providing expert guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [£30,000 - £35,000] per annum, depending on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, with proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage Payroll.
  • Experience working in a bureau or accountancy setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality payroll services.
