About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process client payroll accurately and efficiently
  • Manage new starter and leaver processes
  • Input and record employee data into our systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a payroll role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with Sage50 payroll software

Salary and Package

The salary for this role is around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a positive working environment.
