Job Summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for a reliable and organized Vehicle Fleet Administrator to manage our vehicle fleet in Northampton. This is an office-based role that requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, processing fuel cards, and managing driver information. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional support.

Your Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vehicle maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion
  • Processing fuel card transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintaining up-to-date driver information and documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background with experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of fuel card systems and procedures

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £26,500 per annum, plus benefits, including a bonus scheme, 10% pension contribution, flexible working hours, and 36 days annual leave.
