Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Completion Clerk to join our Residential Property team in Northampton.

The successful candidate will work part-time (minimum 25 hours per week) and be responsible for administering all post completion procedures, including mortgage lender post completion requirements and filing and storage of client papers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, communicating effectively with clients and lenders, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
