About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Vflect Administrator in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, processing fuel cards, and managing driver information.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules
  • Processing fuel card transactions and reconciliations
  • Managing driver information, including records and documentation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background with experience in fleet management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer

We are offering a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £26,500 per annum, plus benefits. You will also have access to a bonus scheme, 10% pension contribution, flexible working hours, and 36 days annual leave.
