Lead Vehicle Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Vehicle Operations Manager to lead our company car fleet operations in Wellingborough.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, with expertise in co-ordinating scheduling, maintenance, and operation of the company's fleet. They should also be able to promote product innovation and expertise into depots and maintain excellent service levels for the company car fleet.

This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements and remote home working options available, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package including a company car or car allowance, contributory pension, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and process company car requirements efficiently.
  • Monitor the supply chain and provide feedback on performance against agreed SLA targets.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and management level information on the company fleet.
  • Co-ordinate scheduling, maintenance, and operation of the company's fleet.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in fleet management.
  • Proficiency in updating computer systems and adhering to workflows against SLA targets.
