**HGV Workshop Operations Manager Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Operations Manager to lead our Daventry workshop team and drive operational excellence.
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 per annum
The successful candidate will have prior experience working as a qualified HGV Technician and have a proven track record of managing teams and improving workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on vehicle progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
**Requirements:**
- Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician.
- Prior experience as a technician or mechanic, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair procedures.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
