Workshop Operations Manager

Allen Motor Group is seeking a skilled Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the allocation and supervision of work throughout the workshop, ensuring efficient daily labour hours at their Ford Transit Centre in Northampton.
This full-time permanent role comes with a competitive salary of up to £38,000 and an OTE of £44,000, offering excellent benefits including:

To be considered, candidates must have experience as a Workshop Controller or Vehicle Technician within an automotive environment, ideally with Kerridge background.

- Leading, motivating, and allocating work to technicians
- Maintaining health and safety procedures
