This full-time permanent role comes with a competitive salary of up to £38,000 and an OTE of £44,000, offering excellent benefits including:

To be considered, candidates must have experience as a Workshop Controller or Vehicle Technician within an automotive environment, ideally with Kerridge background.

  • Ensuring high-quality service and repairs
  • Leading, motivating, and allocating work to technicians
  • Maintaining health and safety procedures
  • Coaching and developing the service team
  • Liaising with advisors for timely completion and customer updates
