We are currently seeking an Automotive Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the established workshop team in our busy franchised dealership in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing workshop resources and allocating work to technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully operational workshop environment.
  • Monitor staff and workshop performance, adhering to health and safety policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Workshop Controller in a franchised dealership setting.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
Benefits:

A competitive basic salary of up to £38,000 per annum, with uncapped on-target earnings of up to £48,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with Saturday mornings on a rotational basis.
