The Workshop is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Field Sales Account Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, driving sales growth, and optimizing productivity.



Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a designated geographical area, visiting customers regularly, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to develop and sustain valuable trading relationships, achieve sales targets, and maximize productivity.



Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and exceed sales targets
  • Optimize time and resources to maximize productivity, ensuring efficient use of company assets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights into sales performance and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement


Requirements

To succeed as a Regional Sales Development Specialist, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing sales environment
  • A full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and integrity
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus scheme. Additional benefits include:
