Job Title: Regional Groundwork Sales Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, responsible for covering the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our ground shoring and groundwork sales in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue growth in the East Midlands region
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS IN THE GROUNDWORKS SECTOR
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to stay ahead of competition

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of the ground shoring and groundwork sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £15,000 per annum
