Job Title: Area Sales Manager for Aggregates and Waste Removal Services

Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the construction field sales industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the aggregates and waste removal sector. The role will involve generating new business relationships and selling aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a personable demeanor, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders
• Generate new business relationships and expand existing ones
• Meet or exceed sales targets and turnover targets of circa £200k per month
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry
• Strong new business skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and full UK driving license
• Passionate about sales and customer service
