Job Description:

Howdens Joinery is seeking a skilled Regional Contract Sales Manager to join our contracts team in North London. As a Regional Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential and existing High Rise contracts customers to promote and sell the full range of Howdens kitchens, accessories, appliances, and joinery. You will ensure all processes are implemented correctly and works are completed within defined budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting and surpassing sales targets through developing new and existing contracts

Making initial contact with potential customers, including builders, developers, and housing associations

Promoting and selling Howdens services and outstanding kitchen ranges, appliances, and accessories

Working closely with the Kitchen CAD designer to produce innovative, creative kitchen solutions to meet the needs of the end user within the restraints of the budget

Requirements:

Experience selling into the Construction / New Build Housing Market is essential

Experience selling into High Rise contracts customers is advantageous as is kitchen sales experience

Must have direct field sales experience

Business development experience, ideally in construction or trade-only environment

A passion for delivering excellent customer service and an exceptional talent for building and securing business relationships

Passionate about customer care and building business through trust and recommendations

Computer literate

Hold a full driving license
