A highly motivated and experienced Workshop Operations Manager is required to oversee the efficient management of our dealership's workshop team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating work to technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and fully operational workshop environment.
