Job Description:
Our company, KPI People Ltd, seeks a skilled Automotive Workshop Operations Manager to oversee our workshop operations. This position presents a unique chance to leverage your experience in managing workshop resources efficiently and driving productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively allocate tasks to technicians according to their skills and workload, enhancing workshop productivity.
  2. Establish and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workshop area, ensuring a safe working environment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency and streamline operations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of staff performance and workshop activities, enabling informed decision-making.

Benefits and Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary ranging from £38,000 to £48,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours:

This role entails a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5:30pm, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
