Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Workshop Operations Assistant to join our team in Irthlingborough. As a key member of the workshop function, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth plans.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare equipment for inspection and calibration
  2. Conduct thorough checks on returned equipment
  3. Organize and maintain accurate records on a database system
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth stock management
  5. Carry out additional tasks as required by the team leader

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid driving license (category B or higher) is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and databases is necessary.

Working Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Friday

Annual Leave: 25 Days per year, plus bank holidays (with 3-4 days reserved for the Christmas shutdown)
