We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, ensuring consistency and accuracy to avoid wastage and ensure quality.

About the Company: Our client is a market leader in their industry based in Northampton, committed to finding individuals with a good working attitude that they can train to operate a variety of machinery.

Salary and Working Hours: This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £13.32-£14.30 per hour, with working hours from 6am-1pm and 1pm-8pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as necessary to ensure consistent and accurate results.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of machinery, supporting operators in preparing runs, loading materials, and checking inks.
  • Loading and unloading raw materials, finished products, and other items safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to maintain accurate records.
